What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. We collect no other personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to prepare a quote and communicate about your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent and never sell or share it with third parties for their purposes.

Processors

Form submissions are technically delivered via Web3Forms and our e-mail provider. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting contract, or until you request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si). Contact us at info@2clean4u.si.
